All of our products are designed and manufactured to ensure optimal performance and consistency while ensuring they meet or exceed regulatory and industry standards which we monitor, review and discuss as part of our Regulatory Compliance Management Program.
We encourage our customers to provide feedback regarding the performance of our products and services so that we may utilize their input to further improve quality and performance.
In addition, we have set quality objectives to respond to customer feedback within 24 hours, resolve any concerns within 5 business days and, to reduce overall customer concerns by 10% year over year. These objectives are reviewed at least quarterly so that we may monitor the need for additional or improved controls and our progress in meeting targeted objectives.
We apply quality criteria standards in all stages of product development to ensure safety, consistency and performance are considered.
We carefully select and control our raw materials and packaging to meet design specifications.
We test our products to ensure they meet safety, quality, performance and regulatory standards.
We ensure our facilities, equipment, manufacturing systems, and processes consistently meet design criteria.
In accordance with our quality management program, we review, record and communicate all changes in equipment, formulas, raw materials, facilities and processes ensuring product safety, performance and consistency are not compromised.
We conduct periodic reviews of our facilities to ensure that we have effective controls and processes and to identify the need for improvements. In order to success-fully measure our success in meeting these objectives, we have set a targeted compliance rate of 80% on our monthly reviews. Our progress and the need for new or improved controls is reviewed at least quarterly by management.
